The goal and purpose of the Queen City Heroes Incentive Program is to save 1st Responders (Firefighters, Police Officers, EMTs), School Teachers, Veterans and Active Duty Military thousands of dollars when purchasing and/or selling their home. These Heroes are the backbone of what makes the Charlotte area great, and we want to reward them for their service.

The Queen City Heroes Program is the most generous program available to our local Heroes.

Absolutely! This program can be used alongside many different types of financing options, including the  VA Mortgage. Our preferred mortgage lenders specialize in VA Financing. Our options include the Zero Down VA Mortgage  as a welcomed addition to our suite of options available to those who qualify. 

Great news! Using The Queen City Heroes program DOES NOT slow down the process of buying a home one bit. While the usual closing time for a home in the Charlotte area is around 30 days, closing times can vary for a number of reasons.

We have done closings in as little as 20 days for our Heroes.

The program was implemented to help our Heroes in the cost of buying and / or selling their homes. We take care of up to 2%* of the cost of the purchase or sale price of the home. Serving the entire Greater Charlotte Area in North and South Carolinas. 

Yes! Any home that the Hero qualifies for in the Charlotte or Metro Charlotte areas, including both North Carolina and South Carolina, qualify for this program. There are no type of home restrictions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions! 

We try to be as flexible as possible for our Heroes. However, due to area-expertise and local guidelines this program is limited to the Charlotte & Greater Charlotte Metro Area. That gives you the pretty wide birth of where you need to be. Queen City Heroes services Lake Norman, Lake Wylie, Belmont and Gastonia, over to Harrisburg and Concord, Waxhaw, Fort Mill and Rock Hill, and everywhere in between. Midland? Locust?
